Children's privacy notice

What we collect

• student: first_name, birth_month_year, grade, family_reference, interests, voice, test, start_date. Used for plan, gates and notice of intent.
• family: city, zip, state, district, test. Used for law selection and notice of intent.
• guardian: name, role, family_reference, test. Used for consent, instruction and release.

Who we share with

• No one. Nothing is shared, sold, or used for advertising.

Your rights

• A guardian can review, export, or delete a child's data at any time.
• Consent is given by the guardian before any profile or lesson is made.

How long we keep it

• student profile: deleted on guardian request or 30 days after account close
• daily log: kept while the account is open; exported to the family before deletion
• assessment results: kept while the account is open; exported to the family before deletion
• consent records: kept for the life of the account plus 3 years
• generated lessons: fingerprint kept, lesson text deleted after 1 school year
